| The CDT could look at supporting people who wish to bring independent yet quality retail businesses to Moseley. Helping them with Business plans, Financial advice etc. Obviously these retailers need staff to work in and manage premises. However, I would also say what do we have to gain by more people working in Moseley? I don't think we have an employement problem. | give encouragement and incentives to new and different, innovative businesses, shops, restaurants - it is very easy to kill a village / town by allowing cheap subsistence businesses to run riot which detract from the area and bring down the area.
