Event: Moseley Community Games
Date: Saturday 22nd September 2012
Venue: Moseley Park (and Moseley Tennis Club)

The Community Games were a great opportunity to bring our community together to take part in sporting and cultural activities inspired by, and in celebration of, the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Above all, the Community Games aim was to capture the core values of the Olympic and Paralympic movements:

  • Excellence
  • Friendship
  • Respect
  • If you participated in the games you can give feedback at www.surveymonkey.com/s/9RXCKQ5

Moseley CDT worked with three local schools and community groups to plan a afternoon of family fun.
In Moseley Park, there was the opportunity to try different sports, cricket, boxing tennis and take part in some family games. St. John and Monica School will be provided the opening ceremony and Park Hill School closed the Games.
