1. How can we make the village centre better?: 
appoint a dedicated "village centre manager". Kings Heath has Nikki Carr but although she supposedly covers Moseley as well. Can only see K/heath benefiting! Block off St. Mary's Row to make the village green pedestrian only. Give go ahead to the tolkien Freebeard sculpture - would be great for tourism. more pedestrian crossing in the centre- zebra crossin would be fine. Public art.
2. How could we attract more local jobs?: 
get Landlords to reduce rent on shop premises so small businesses have a chance to make a living.
3. How could we make it easier to get to work, school and the shops?: 
Make Woodbridge Road one way ie to be able to turn into it only from Alcester Road.
