milonic This 1920s ex mail sorting office building is one of the tallest structures in the village. From the large windows on the second floor it has wonderful views over leafy Edwardian Moseley. All three floors have carpeted and newly furnished conference rooms for hire, and there are also many smaller well-equipped offices. An overhead projector, TV, video player and flipchart are available. Ground FloorPart of this houses the Information Centre and is the base for the volunteer co-ordinator and street wardens. There is a photocopier and internet resources for volunteers working in the centre. It has a large meeting room approximately 12m x 16m (with integral kitchen) which can accommodate 50 people sitting theatre-style. This floor has male, female and disabled toilets. First FloorSecond FloorThe second floor has informal meeting spaces, with offices and a range of office equipment, plus a kitchen and female toilets. A variety of local charities rent space in this area. Hire Rates (from 1st March 2008)
