Moseley Exchange - Room hire details and rates
This 1930s ex telephone exchange building is one of the tallest structures in the village. From the large windows on the second floor it has wonderful views over leafy Edwardian Moseley.
All three floors have carpeted and newly furnished conference rooms for hire, and there are also many smaller well-equipped offices. A digital projector, laptops, overhead projector, TV, DVD video and flipchart are available to hire. There is a lift to reach the upper floors and ramps up to the front door.

Ground Floor

First Floor
Thanks to a Capacitybuilder's grant, we have been able to make improvements to the first floor rooms.
- Secondary glazing for the Red and Orange rooms to improve sound and thermal insulation
- An audio system for music, microphones and hearing loop
- New corridor for access to the Red room
Orange Room
The Orange Room
The first floor has three rooms available to hire for conferences, meetings and workshops. The larger Orange Room is approximately 15m x 10m and has a capacity of 50 people. This floor has a male toilet and kitchenette.
The Red Room
Next to the Orange room is the Red Room, appropriate for Board meetings or training, for up to 18 people.
In addition, we have the ability to combine the Red and Orange rooms to make one large conference room for up to 65 people.
White Room
The White Room
There's also a small training/meeting room for 6-8 people.
Second Floor
The second floor has an informal meeting space, with traditional office accommodation, plus a shared kitchen and female toilets. A variety of local charities rent space in this area at present.

Please note that Moseley CDT does not hire out the rooms for celebrations or party occasions.
